I placed my order on January 18th with the intention of using the nail decals for an event on January 30th. While I received the order confirmation promptly, there were no updates for over a week. I emailed the company on January 26th to inquire, and the order was shipped the day after I sent my email, on January 27th. My email was never acknowledged, and no apology or explanation was provided for the delay.
Unfortunately, I was unable to use the decals for my event as they didn't arrive in time. My experience highlights slow processing times, lack of communication, and no customer support when delays occur. The order did eventually arrive after more than two weeks, but the overall experience was disappointing.
